Motel 6 Georgetown, KY - Lexington North

Great rate, allowed access to room before payment was processed. No public restroom in lobby. Towels were either stained or hadn't been washed. Room was fairly clean. Pillows were decent. Smoking and non smoking available

The staff was awesome. Didn't see or talk to anyone who wasn't smiling and friendly. I work nights, and had my dog with me. Posted a note on my door that said "Day Sleeper. Dog in Room. Please do not disturb." During my two-week stay, wasn't awakened once. Thank you very much for that. (FYI, brought my own towels, so that wasn't a problem). My only complaint was I thought the room wasn't very clean upon arrival. There was a used towel left hanging on the bathroom door. The floor was dirty (surprising since it was linoleum and should be easy to clean/mop). Finally, I went off and left my pillow there. Realized it 13 hours after I left and arrived home. Immediately called the motel and was told my pillow was in lost and found and they would put my name on it and I could pick it up when I am back in Lexington in a couple of weeks.

The beds and pillows are very comfortable and housekeeping is awesome. The only reason for 4 stars the night I checked in the lady at front desk needs some training on customer service. It is an older property but the price was very good. We stayed in July of this year.

There was a problem with my room and the next day I was moved to a room with a bigger refrigerator. The location is a truckers hub, 2 pilot fueling stations. The place smelled nice when I got there. After a week, I could smell cigarette smoke inside the bldg, and the hallway carpet looked terrible. They are letting too many smokers live there, and they're going to destroy the place.

This hotel was all over the map with comfort , cleanliness, customer service etc. and actually wasn’t sure how to rate this hotel stay. But i will say check-in with “Robert” was superb The customer service he gave us was above par. He was very professional and friendly. The hotel itself: right off the freeway which made it very convenient getting around KY. The rooms were very modernized (surprisingly) thats about all that was great about the room. The pillows were straight garbage!!! The tub had a black dirt ring in it when we arrived to our room. It remained dirty throughout our stay (as we could not use it because it was filthy!!! The ironing bostd was filthy. Overall i probably would stay here again as the price was great! And the convenience of a gas station and a Waffle House in the parking lot of a new restaurant are reasons for a return stay.

Super clean with a kitchenet, excellent customer service and a lot of help. I would recommend this place to anyone. Especially for the price, it's phenomenal. I stayed there for a week. And it was three hundred and forty two dollars off of expedia, and when I say clean, it is super clean!

Clean rooms, very affordable, no issues getting a room for a night of sleep during moving. Rooms are pretty bare bones, no shampoo or amenities but it was good for what we needed. Pet friendly and no issues at all with our 2 giant breed dogs. Some pet friendly hotels have weight limits of 50 pounds, so we were relieved they didn't have restrictions. Only issue was trailer parking, several cars were parked in the truck/trailer spots even though there was plenty of car parking. We had to park our car with trailer very far away, we were worried but no one broke in. Overall great stay!

Was ok for the cost, staff polite. Rooms ok, was easy access for U-Haul and trailer. And a secure parking lot. Bathroom had damage to door and wall, and the fan in bathroom was loud. But for $60 was worth the cost.
